New Team Training Room Equipment

As you may or may not know, we have purchased some small exercise equipment (Mats, Skipping Ropes, Yoga balls, Weight Balls, etc) with some of the money raised from the raffle last year for the training room which is located beside the dressing rooms.

We are encouraging teams to use the equipment, with the following rules:

  • Players have to be supervised by members of the coaching staff at all times.
  • No horse play & be careful of the glass cabinets
  • Respect the room & the equipment.
  • Ensure players are using equipment properly so we have no injuries.
  • Put everything back the same way you got it.
  • NO equipment is to leave the room at anytime.
  • Clean up garbage.
  • NO food in the room.

We are very fortunate to be able to use this room and have assured the arena staff that we will look after it.

It is our responsibility to ensure these rules are met and hopefully we can all work together to make this successful amongst our teams & organization and it will only grow to a bigger and better training room!

We don’t want this privilege to be taken away from us, so please pass along this information to your team.

Keep up the great work!
